Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager – Web3 to drive enterprise adoption of the Klickl Pay API across Web3 and traditional financial ecosystems. This is a senior, revenue-owning role suited for a commercially driven professional with a strong existing network and active client book across crypto, fintech, and financial institutions.
You will be responsible for originating, structuring, and closing strategic partnerships and commercial deals, while acting as a trusted advisor to clients integrating Klickl’s payment infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive end-to-end sales for Klickl Pay API, from lead origination to contract execution.
• Leverage an existing network and client book to generate immediate revenue opportunities.
• Target and close deals with:
Centralized and decentralized crypto exchanges
Web3 platforms, wallets, and protocols
Banks, financial institutions (FIs), and payment companies
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with high-value clients.
• Work closely with product, compliance, and operations teams to support client integrations.
• Represent Klickl at industry events, conferences, and private client meetings across Asia.
• Provide market feedback on client needs, competitive landscape, and product positioning.
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within Web3, crypto, fintech, or payments.
• Proven track record of selling APIs, payment solutions, or financial infrastructure.
• Strong existing network and active client relationships in crypto exchanges, Web3 companies, banks, or FIs.
• Deep understanding of:
Crypto & fiat payment rails
API-based financial products
Regulatory and compliance considerations in Web3 payments
• Self-starter with strong deal-closing ability and commercial mindset.
• Based in Asia; Hong Kong or Singapore strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation
• Competitive base salary
• Very attractive, uncapped commission structure aligned with deal size and revenue impact
